Todd Wilson....

Hello All,

How far in advance does he or his associate need to be booked. They seem pretty popular so I am wondering how soon you all locked him in.

Thanks

I knew I wanted him as our photog so we booked him as soon as the venue was secured (about a year in advance). I don't have a clue what the average time is but I didn't want to miss out.

I also booked 18 months out. He needs a 50% deposit and has been flexible with extending / amending the time booked as we got closer to the date.

He was the first vendor I picked too. I saw his photos and knew he was it. I contacted him in June for our March wedding and he was available. I am so excited for his pictures.

On which day of the week are you getting married?  Even though he was booked for our Saturday date, he was open both the Friday and Sunday of our wedding weekend...

smokeybailey, I am getting married on a Saturday in 2012, still deciding on the month but more than likely June so I have 17 months to go.  I also want to use Juno Gardens but if caesers new policy is that you cant use outside vendors, I may be out of luck anyway. I plan to do all booking and contract signing this June. Im just an early planner.

Thanks everyone for all of your help

</div><div>I am using the photographer @ Caesars for my ceremony ONLY (since it IS included in the package), then I've arranged for Todd to be there as soon as the ceremony ends for pics. I booked with him a few months ago for my July wedding. </div><div>
</div><div>Doesn't hurt to plan early at all!!! I would still contact him to see if he recommends you book then, or when the soonest is that you can book. </div>

I booked him late December for my April 1 wedding.  It happens to be on a Friday and I dont know too many brides which want to get married on April Fools Day

I guess I can see what their schedule is like in June (a year out) and book something then if they have availability. I know June is a busy wedding month and may get booked up fast.
From what I have seen online, I am not too impressed with the Cashman photos so I am dissapointed to know that Caesers doesnt allow outside photogs.
Question, are they not allowed on the grounds at all or are they just not allowed for the ceremony? I ask because if they are allowed on the grounds I can have my own photog before and then after the ceremony taking pics around the property.

Thanks for all of your help
