We are wanting to have wine bottle favors can anyone help with where I can find some at?

The ones I have seen have been mini sutter home bottles, with the label removed and a custom DIY label wrapped around it. I have seen 'make your own bottle labels' at Joanne's, but not sure if they specifically have wine ones. May want to post this ? on the reception or DIY board...
