Mandarin Oriental, lovely contact there

Someone had said it before, but I'll mention it again in case we have some newly engaged brides/grooms on the board...Jillian Kyde, the contact at the Mandarin Oriental, is super nice and one of the fastest responders I've worked with so far.

Breaks my heart, though, as their reception prices are out of my price range (you'd be looking at $200/person+ for dinner, with a 5 hour open bar setup), but if you've got the funds, the pictures she sent me were beautiful!

I understand this is pricey but actually this is very similar to what other restaurants in LV charge for dinner + open bar.  It's crazy that the open bar can cost as much as the dinner but it does at a lot of higher end restaurants there (and even not so high end ones).  Wish I would've checked out Mandarin when I started planning. i LOVE that hotel!
