Which Suite and Why?? to use for In Suite reception any reviews for Cosmo yet??

ok so im back again ha ha!! we initially were looking at the Vista. But i am now looking at the wrap around at cosmo but have not seen any reviews?? probably because its so new??
the reason we want it is because we ant a balcony for the smokers and just to have a bit of outside space.
does the cosmo allow outside catering and alcohol etc...??

or can anyone reccommend any other suites with balconys??
sorry so many questions i know :-)

I think there is a suite at the MGM that has an outside space as well? If you look thru bio's there is a bride who used it...

Yes Stinkerbell is correct, the Terrace suite at the MGM has big terrace area. That is the only only I know of, as I was under the impression that Las Vegas rooms do not have balconies do to jump risks...

I'm having my reception in the wrapaound terrace suite in April.  As far as I know, it is the only hotel that has an outside terrace connected to the suite in Vegas (I could be wrong?).  They do allow outside catering and alcohol.
I haven't seen any reviews from people who have used it for an insuite, or many reviews in general because it's only been open for a couple months.
I tried You Tube to find more pictures/videos of the suite just to get a better idea of size.  I'm sooo excited, I think it is going to be fabulous!
Good luck, I'll be sure to reveiw it once I get back....only two months away!

I am soooo excited!  Kind of nervous too 'cuz I haven't seen any other brides use the suite, but that makes it a bit more exciting:)
I did tell them it was for an in suite reception for our wedding and the person I talked to said that it would fit about 20 people just fine, probably a few more when taking into consideration that the outside terrace is 480 sq. feet, and people will probably be in/out during the reception.
We're actually planning on going to Costco for most of our food (cold apps.) and all liquor.  They DO allow outside catering, which was a definite deal breaker for us!

If you're not opposed to off-strip, Palms Place (the condo tower at the Palms) has rooms with wrap around balconies so you get the strip view off one corner and the mountain view off the next.  A friend of mine has a condo there, about 1800 sq ft, but they have larger ones too, full kitchen, etc.  Might be an option if you find an owner who's unit would have otherwise been idle; I think you can book them through the Palms but there are third party websites where the owners rent them out too.

    Hi VG,
I have checked out the rooms at the Palms on the 3rd party sites for a Thursday night in April 2013 and I haven't found a price under $1200. Any idea where to find on for under $1000?
    Thanks!
