ceremony songs

Are you guys going with the traditional songs for processional?  I will have someone playing an organ at Ceasars  ... I was thinking of doing other songs like "fields of Gold" by Sting, KC and JOJO's all my life  ... but I'm not sure how that will transition or if it will be confusing to guests.  I have a bit to think about it but just wondering what you thought.

I'm not going traditional.  The one song we do know is my processional which is She's Got A Way by Billy Joel.

I don't get married often, but when I do, I do it in Las Vegas.

Not going traditional. I keep flipping between songs but it's going to be the Beatles inspired.
    Bridal "Something" or "Michelle"
Recessional "All You Need Is Love"

Pre ceremony will also be modern music done by VSQ. Ideas we've been throwing around so far:
    "Just Like Heaven"
    "All I Want Is You"
    "Don't Stop Believin'"
    "Wouldn't It Be Nice"
    "Maybe I'm Amazed"

wedding party: "steady as we go" by Dave Matthews Band (on CD)
bridal: Canon in D (Caesars piano)
exit: "please forgive me" by David Gray (on CD)

i was worried about the transitions too, but it worked out perfectly.  i had alot of older relatives asking what the names of our songs were because they liked them so much :)

I have these three, and am tossing around "Our Year" by The Zombies for the Recessional.  I'm walking down the aisle to VSQ "Don't Stop Believing" ala The Wedding Singer, because well, I freakin' love that song and want some great laughs all day long.  I'm also loving the VSQ version of "Bitter Sweet Symphony" for during the ceremony.  FI wants to enter to some ESPN Jock Jams sounding crap or "One Shining Moment" by Luther Vandross...we shall see about THAT <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-tongue-out.gif" border="0" alt="Tongue out" title="Tongue out" />.  He's the AW and I'm the emo in our union.  Makes for interesting banter...

Of course, I change my mind about all of those songs daily.  Having all this time makes for way too much indecision on my part.
