I am so jealous of you! I wanted to get married at Topsail Island since I was little. Growing up we've had 3 houses down there and are in the process of building another one. But, we have drag racing during the summer and three of our planned groomsmen are also racers. Can't mess that up. So I'm stuck getting married in January. I'm sure that would be a great time to get married on the beach.

    Haha, Thanks I guess?  I am pretty excited about it. 

    Of course, just because your wedding is in Jan doesn't mean you can't bring Topsail Island to you!  I really wanted to get married in Hawaii, but with FI's large family, it wasn't going to fly.  So we decided to bring Hawaii for us.  Our whole wedding is tropical. The flowers are being flown in from Hawaii, even our cake is tropical.  You could definitely do something like that too!  Who says you can't have a beach wedding in Jan?  While you might not be on the beach, you can always make it feel like you are.  Good luck!

    Plus I think I should be jealous of you! You have a beach house there!  I would love to have a beach house. Some day... when FI makes the big bucks....

    We've moved our wedding up and are now getting married in September of 2011 at Topsail Island. I'm pretty excited. So you suck a lot less now :)
