Kat Von D has one that they sell through Sephora. The review seem good.

Haven't been on here in forever, but thoguht I could add to this particular convo...

My sister recently had her tats covered for a wedding. She went to Sephora to have it done. Took about an hour (but she had 2 rather large tats on her back and shoulder to cover). They do it for "free" if you buy something (I think she had to spend $50). They said the kat Von D stuff is pretty good, but no single product truly does the job. I think this is a better option if you don't want to spend the money on the Kat Von D product to only use once.
