flight/hotel- done
Rings, almost done
hair/makeup- harmony done
photog- bently wilson- done
venue juno garden caesars- done
reception, Trevi-done
Flowers for tables at Trevi- Pam Palette
Dress, shoes- done
suits done

Am I missing something. everything seems so simple since its all packaged together. What am I forgetting.
I also got a noet from my planner at Caesars that shes leaving, Debersly was her name I think. She said someone would be emailing me to introduce themselves shortly. Not worried ablout that yet though.

Yeah, don't sweat the coordinator leaving, this came up in another thread yesterday for Flamingo.  Not sure why but wedding coordinators in Vegas seem to move around a LOT so it's almost expected that whomever you start working with won't make it through your wedding lol.
