In-Suite question - Seating

Just have a question for the seating for the In-Suite reception. Did you have to rent more tables/chairs for people to sit?  Most of the couches in the suites seats maybe a handful of people.  I'm looking at the ones with dining table as well.   I'm not having the reception insuite but planning on after party for people to hang out maybe.

if you have more than 12 people in the suite who will be sitting the WHOLE time then get seating, otherwise you are fine. we had 30 guest and not enough seating, but not everyone was or wanted to sit. soo, its situational if you will really need additonal seating or furniture

We used the couch, 2 side chairs, the 3 bar stools, 6 dining chairs, and a like 6 ottomans that were in the room. Not everyone could sit, but I think everyone was comfortable. We had 60 guests.

A lot of the guests our age (including the groom!) sat on the floor.  I probably would have joined him had it been possible in my dress and corset.  People just stood around and talked and mingled for the most part, but everyone wanted to sit to eat.  We had about 40 people.
This is a neglected planning bio.
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

Does anyone have any information on how to obtain extra seating?

We had our welcome party in the Stardust Party Suite. It sat 65 and the rest could sit in the adjoining suite if we needed to. We had 100 guests. Lots of seating.

Does anyone know if the hotel will bring in additional tables, mainly the tall cocktail tables and maybe some tall chairs?  I am looking at the Vista Suite at Mandala Bay.  Also, I have seen many post say that they went with Masterpiece Catering, do they set up on the dining room table in this room or can we have the food spread out around the room?
