Newbie! Cosmopolitan booked!

Hi everyone!  I've just recently converted to the LV board due to some changes in our wedding planning!  Originally planning a "traditional" at home wedding, we've decided LV is more our style:)
LOTS of 'checks' accomplished this past week that I want to share!  Booked our ceremony at the Chapel of the Flowers and booked our hotel at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas!  Ordered our invitations from Etsy, and should be mailing them out within the week.
Feels sooo good to get these things checked off the list!

I've seen a lot of posts about insuite receptions (Vista seems pretty popular), but being that the Cosmopolitan is pretty new, does anyone have any reviews or seen/stayed there?
We booked the wraparound terrace suite for our stay as well as our insuite reception, I just hope it is as nice as it looks.  I'm VERY excited about it!

Welcome!! I don't think anyone has had their wedding at the Cosmopolitan yet. You will get to be the first to review it. I went there just to check it out and it looks fantastic. I wished it was open 6 months earlier so we could have looked at it when we were booking.

    Welcome.
I went into the Cosmo when we were in Vegas, the Chandelier bar is beautiful. That's about all I can say about it.

Congrats! Thats a lot of checks, well done!
We have also booked to stay there along with pretty much all of our guests! As soon as we said we had booked there, they all booked up, which is great for us.
We have booked their Mont Royal room for our reception in September, has a  view overlooking City Center, I'm so excited! Love this place!

Hi Jewels - How many people are you planning on having in the Suite?  I toured it last month if you want some insight...

Sara191431 :  Well I think we're expecting about 20 or so.  I am hoping that it is enough space, I figured with the terrace people would probably be in and out so actual seating wouldn't be an issue.  I had inquired before w/ the Cosmo. and they said it should easily accomidate 20 and they could have additional chairs brought in if needed.
I am a little concerned because, as nice as it looks, there is a bit of furniture in there so i'm hoping we will be able to just do some rearranging if needed.
What did you think of it?  Is it "insuite friendly"?
