PJ Clarke's in Forum Shops

Does anyone have any feedback or reviews from PJ Clarke's in the Ceaser's Forum Shops?  I noticed they have a private dining room on the side and thought it might be a decent place for supper on our wedding.  (Especially with it being so close to the Flamingo where we are getting married)

Thanks for the offer FrankensteinsGirl, but I actually just got the info emailed to me today from them.  I was kinda interested in hearing about the experience and food there.

  • Do they have a food and bev minimum? I ate there last time in Vegas but don't know anything about group reservations...

The email I recieved today didn't say anything about a F and B minimum, just that a $500 deposit was required to hold the room which would be applied to the cheque that day.
How was your experience there?  Did you like the food and the vibe??

The food was really good! We ate there because we saw a sign outside the forum shops advertising that they had the best hamburger, and my fianc loves a good hamburger. He ordered whatever burger was in the picture, and I cannot recall which one I got. They had sweet potato fries so one of us got those and the other got regular. All were good, and the waiter was very nice. We in the "outdoor" area which is still in the forum shops but outside of the restaurant. From what I saw of the inside, it had a bit of an early century hometown bar and restaurant "vibe" but in a good way. I was actually considering them for reception also if we dont go with the buffet, or for lunch or dinner another day while we're there...
  • I love PJ Clarke's, both in NYC and in Vegas.   I've never been in the private room in Vegas, but I have eaten at both the Vegas  and NYC locations.  In Vegas, they do a $1 oyster special in the late afternoons that my FI loves.  The oysters were very fresh and the service was great.  Also, I think the burgers there are amazing.  The waitress at the Vegas location told me that they order their meat from the same place as the NYC location, so the quality is the same.  It was really good!   As a previous poster mentioned, the atmosphere in there is definitely Pub, but it is all new and clean.  The interior is dark wood, I believe.  If the private room is anything like the rest of the restaurant, I think it would be a nice place for a reception dinner.

  • I have no personal experience with them, but I have heard great things about them.  I don't think they have a F&B min.  I think that was one of the reasons I considered them in the first place.

  • I have booked the Sidecar room for our reception for 20 people in April, I am waiting on them to finalise the menus but the initial menu options and info looked great. have paid $500 to book the room and no F&B minimum.

We are getting Pam from The Palette to decorate the table with white roses and I think they may have a jukebox in the room which can be used.

I was initially dealing with Sandy who was very helpful but she has dissapeared, I am now dealing with Lisa who will hopefully be just as helpful, I think there was one review on here from awhile back of soemone who had their reception there which was what originally made me look them up. Would love to hear any others!
