Boarding Pass invites

Hi Guys,

I've been searching on line to find a site to do our boarding pass invites and have come across a few. I know they've been super popular in the last few years for destination weddings and was wondering if anyone here got this type of invitation. Did you go online? Do them yourself?

Our budget is about $200 for 50 invites with RSVPs.

Thanks for any help!

I used an Etsy vendor. She might be a little pricier than you wanted, but ours turned out great.

we did our own  cost with cardstock  & pocket folds came to ~$130 for 55 invites

We used a design from this site & customized it to our tastes.

Check out magnetstreet.com, they have several.  Sign up for their emails, they send out 10-30% off every month or so.

    Thanks Guys!

I think etsy is much too expensive for us :(

Im not sure if I could do them myself and be happy with them. I do have a friend of a friend who offered...but Im sure she expects some payment and with the cost of the paper, ink, ect Im not sure if there will be much difference.

    Has anyone used vegaswedlockinvitations.com ?

mrsrum - that site is great! thanks!

    Thanks again, Charity

I considered Vegaswedlock for ours.  They're nice, but you do pay for all the extras (RSVP, reception cards, etc.) separately.

Find out exactly how many you'll need and then run the numbers before commiting to anything. (Don't forget postage!  Ours were $0.61 ea to mail!)

Magnet Street & Vista print are both really affordable options.  Consider if you'll need a separate reception/accomodation card or can that be included on the invitation (if its not too formal...)?  Figuring out our per invite cost (including shipping!) will help you in keeping to your budget.  Good Luck & please let us know how it turns out!

    Thanks again guys!

Red those are good points. Our budget of $200 is for the invites and RSVPs - postage will be extra (.57 cents X 2/each up here in Canada).

I'm going to print a brochure with our itinerary (4 events - Bachelor(ette), Brunch, Show, Wedding/Dinner) for the guests myself - with help. I'm going to wait on that incase times, places change. Invites will be going out before Christmas (not doing a save the date), but the brochure will be given closer to the date to guests that RSVP. Because we'll only have 30-40, I'll have an easier time getting the brochure to them.

    Is this tacky?
