So the other day my BFF asked me about "gifts" for the other girls that will be getting ready with us (Other BFF and my 2 SIL's). I was considering finding something small, but since I am not really having a "bridal party" and had kinda decided to just splurge and pay for all of us to have hair and make up, I was possibly going to forgo this idea....I know she is just trying to help, but...I wanted to wait to see where we were at budget wise before spending any more on what I kinda feel is "unnecessary" especially since the FI was kinda WTF? about the hair and make up at first and then after I explained he was cool with it....
 
Sorry for the ramble, just not sure how to handle this with out hurting the BFF, because I am probably still going to do it, but just felt put on the spot...

I bought my only MOH her dress and let her know that was her gift. I would just be honest. I would tell her that paying for hair/makeup is the gift, and if there is money that I would pick up something else.

Picking up the tab on hair and make-up is VERY generous. I think that's more than enough. I agree with dvohnout on this one.

I too agree with PP.  Anything you choose to do/give, they should be greatful (especially when you're paying for the wedding yourself).

Thanks ladies! I thought that I was making it easier on my self by NOT having the traditional bridal party (no matching dresses, etc..)lol. Oh well I will leave the topic alone and see what I can do when the time gets closer.
