I would say Rev. Roland. He does the VOTF weddings. Try and watch one.

I like the bearded guy (name?).  He says the same thing every time, but it comes off sincere and sounds original.

We had Rev. Roland. We liked his fun personalty, but he was great with our reading and made it very special.

We had Rev. Adam (red bearded guy) I liked his style and what he said. More importantly I didn't like Rev. Roland. I didn't like his jokes. I saw watch both and pick what fits you.

I just found out we have Rev. Roland as well - not sure how I feel about this, I thought he did a good job with Chris and Eva's ceremony because he fit their personalities really well but I'm not as outgoing/jokey so I don't know if he will suit ours the same way. Although, I thought he did a great job with your readings Eva and they felt very sincere. I am going to stalk some of his weddings today and see if his style is always the same - it's possible I'm just freaking out now that we're so close.

When you fill out the worksheets and meet with him minutes beforehand, just ask him to hold back on the jokes. He will personalize the ceremony to best fit you.

Oh really? Thanks for the info, that makes me feel much better that he will be able to make it as serious/fun as we need it to be. There's a few parts, like your reading, that I would really like him to tone it down for, but he did do that for you guys so maybe I'll just specify that.

Did anyone contact their Reverend beforehand or did you find the few minutes before the ceremony were good? We did fill out all the paperwork so I'm confident he has the info. (control freak coming out, tell me to chill if need be)

Please double check the minister has the worksheet...our WC didn't give Rev. Roland our info until after I mentioned it 2 minutes before the ceremony!

Are you looking for something specific? You can search by dates at the bottom and then if someone has chosen to webcast, there will be a "watch now" button to the left of their names.

I usually just creep around there for VOTF ceremonies, or to look for Rev. Roland by going through recent dates.

Not really looking for anything specific, just an officiant for an MB wedding next year.

I think Rev. Roland was fine during Stinkerbell's ceremony - not as many jokes as Eva's and it was light and serious at the same time (both ceremonies were awesome btw). So I would ditto Eva's suggestion and speak with him beforehand and communicate what you want.

Just make sure Rev. Roland has your wedding on his calendar...just ask Stinkerbell! ;-)

LOL!! Yes! Especially if you have a chapel wedding! He is not their usual officiate for the Indoor Chapel...he does the VOTF.
