I can't get a hold of anyone at the Chapel.  I sent two emails 3 weeks ago.  I only needed the promo code for guest to book rooms with the discount.  I called the reservation number and they were able to help me.  However, I find it odd no one from the chapel returns emails or phone calls.  

Mary Beth is the consultant I emailed.  Anyone else having the same issue?

There was a post about this a few weeks ago. Apparently the only person working there is a girl named Kemi. This is what was said:

"Anyway, she informed me that they had a staff of 5 and now it is just her (don't know if that was the result of a fire sale or everyone quitting). Plus, with the Harrah's merger (takeover?) they were on a hiring freeze until that was complete. So she is taking on everyone else's weddings plus all the onsite obligations. And her grandfather passed away last week so she had to travel for that.

So, if you are looking at PH or have already booked, just know that it's taking a little longer for her to respond. "

Ohhhhh!    Thanks.   I won't need to bother her for awhile.  Our wedding isn't until October.

She says she is more likely to respond to this email because the generic email fills up quickly and she has to filter through it. If you email her at the above address, she knows it needs a faster response. Don't sweat it though since you have a while (they say they won't even contact you until 2 months out anyway).

Alos, she gave me her cell phone number. I don't want to post it here, but she said if it's an emergency and you need to talk to her right away, that's the better number to reach her. I would be happy to give it to anyone in such an emergency, just PM me.

It took a few weeks to hear back from Planet Hollywood for me. I did eventually email Kemi directly, and she responded the same day. Planet Hollywood/Harrah's will be hiring 3 more staff to assist Kemi, but when? I did eventually recieve a response to my original enquiry, and the person that responded was named Elisabeth Shuster, so that might be someone newly hired. (The email came under Kemi's name, but was "signed" by Elisabeth)

WIth things transitioning at PH/Harrah's right now, I think a lot of patience might be required.
