Which one is the L suite? I dont see it listed..

Yep, it's not listed on their site (nor is the E Suite), but I have pics in my bio.  There is a video on Youtube too, but that video makes it look very narrow, which it's not.

I haven't seen it either.  But I spoke to someone who worked there.  We wanted to look at the Vista and Media suites but they were all booked (10-10-10 weekend) He said that the suites at THE hotel were awesome and he preferred them.  We wanted to look at the L suite but all booked as well!

Just an fyi, if the L Suite is not available they have an E Suite too, which also isn't listed on their site, it's pretty much the exact same thing as the L except it's 100 square feet less, so like 2,060 sq. ft. I believe.  They are very similar, except the office area in the E is in a seperate little room, whereas the office area in the L is not, hard to explain-you'd have to see it.  I prefer the L as the office area will be a perfect spot for food and it's a tad bit bigger.  But the E would totally work too, good luck!

How many guests max do you think you can have in the L Suite? as i am looking at the Vista but want a back up plan? :-)

@Nadia - IMO you can fit more people comfortably in the the L over the Vista, and there are more sitting spaces, I think I counted 27 or 29, I'd have to check.

As far as how many I think can fit in the L, well I'd say about 50 would be a perfect amount, but you could fit more.  I'm hoping our guest count will be max of 60, max. I just don't want guests to be crammed into a smaller room, I'd rather have more space, not have people have to sit on the floor to eat etc.  If you are just doing like a cocktail party where most people will be standing then more could probably fit.

Wow, wish I had known about that, I had preferred to be in THEhotel but booked the media suite for me and the groomsmen to party in since I didn't know about it.  Wonder why they don't put it on their site.

@Vegasgroom - I guess I'm not sure why they don't have them on their site, I thought I heard at one point it was just because they have so few of them available, or maybe they want a specific clientele using them or something.  Really no clue.  You could always switch it.

I'm sure your guys will love the media room the in the media suite, especially if there's a game on.  When I showed FI all the pictures of the suites, that's one thing he definitely liked about the Media!

Oh one more thing, make sure if you call to get rates on them, have them use the 20% suite code!  We got like $400+ off our suite for the two nights due to that.  If a 30% off code comes off for our dates, I'm calling then too for them to adjust!

@Sarah, thanks! i think i may be switching then. where did you get your discount codes from? also how far in advance did you book it. my wedding isnt untill next yr but my WC said i have to wait till 9 months before??

The code is PROMOMB - PG.  The code is directly on Mandalay Bay's site.  Go to the main page and click on Hotel Specials.  Hmm if I remember correctly you can book about 10 months out, it's either 10 or 11.
