How the heck do I word this?!?!

My dad died when I was little, but I want his name included on our wedding invitations. Also, my mom is remarried and I am putting their name on them too.  Everything i've seen says Mr. and Mrs. Paul XXXX invite you, but I want my moms first name on there too.  So, how do I word it with both my mom and stepdad's first names and my real dads name?

Would this be right:
Mr. and Mrs. Paul and Diane XXXX and the late Steven XXXX request the honour of your presence at the wedding of their daughter...

Sorry I know it's confusing!

How about something like:

Mr and Mrs Paul (mom and step dad) request the .....

Your name
daughter of the late (your dad) and mom's names

Does that make sense?
In a way it sounds a little weird that your late father is requesting the presence of your guests.. but maybe by doing it this way you can still include him on there as well as your step dad.

That's a tricky one. I've seen it both ways but I think Vegas101010 is right about the wording being a little weird. I like her suggestion.

I agree except say "daughter of Mrs. _____ and the late "your dad" " so it doesn't sound like your mother is late, too.

Thanks ladies!  I like Vegas 101010's suggestion I think that sounds best!

The only problem with that is that nothing should go between your name and your FI's name on the invitation...
