    I just did a tasting there, Carolyn was very nice and she had some really good ideas in the sketch she did for me, but I'd have to say on the taste I wasn't as sold. I will have full reviews of the 5 bakers I went to soon, tomorrow if I have time, not saying the cake was bad, I just liked others better.  Price was in the middle of the 5.  The chocolate mousse had sort of a bitter taste I'd say, similar to GSS, not a light mousse like I like.  The buttercreams were good, but again, I liked others more.

    I do!  I have worked with them A LOT!  I did several events with them when I worked in Vegas and do now that I work in LA for a major movie studio.  They are amazing and are doing my wedding in May!  I HIGHLY reccommend them!
