Vista Suite Details/ Deco

Has anyone done any planning on what they will use/ have used for deco in this room? I'm not sure I will be seeing the room before our wedding weekend and want to get some ideas for table linens, flowers, etc.
Any ideas would be great!

We went very minimal with decor in the suite, because it's very lovely as it is.  We scattered some tea lights and rose petals around, and skipped the linens.  The view is decoration enough, especially at night.
This is a neglected planning bio.
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

Ditto Aerin....All I did was set up the Cake, Guest Book and the favors. The view is awesome so most of my guest would not have noticed much more.

I am planning on doing some minimal linens in our wedding colors or at least accent with table runners or lace doiles. Also, to use the entrance area in in bed room, we may put up a room divider, to block the bed from view and add some addional space for mingling. We'll also use some kind of tea lighting. I may do a few centerpieces to put around, ( floating tea lights, lemons in cirular vases with a blue ribbon tied in a bow around the vase) We are also getting personalized  beverage napkins. Since the room is already so nice, I just was to put a few personlaized accents to make the recpetion "ours".  Hope this helps! Also, I am planning to see the vista suite at the end of Feb and will be taking measurements of the tables, counting chairs, trashcans, etc. Happy to share whatever info I find.

I am going to do LOT of votive candles. I love candles. Also doing the rose petals and some sort of centerpiece on the main table with linens that I can bring with me. Roxi Floral has a really cute "ring" floral arrangeent that I have my eye but I am not sure yet. Still trying to fine tune my floral budget!

The personalized beverage napkins is a great idea! love it.

My FI is a minimalist and doen't think we need extra decor, but I'm doing a little something anyway.  I want to do decorated tea lights.  An Idea I saw in a bridal magazine.  You wrap washi tape, a decorative Japanese masking tape, around the metal holder to add a pop of color.  I was also thinking about doing the beverage napkins and maybe disposable hand towels in the 1/2 bath.  I also considered a floor cling with our names and date.

Love the "floor cling" idea..where do I find something like that?
