I will never again venture to another board!

OMG, I was just reading some of the posts on the Bridesmaid's/WP board and holy crap those women are NASTY!! I couldn't believe how they were attacking each other, CRAZINESS! From what I've read and the one post I've posted to this board, I'm staying here! You all are so nice!

yeah... theyre really nasty and they seem as though they are sooo above everyone.. ITS pretty sad... and most of the people that reply are already married..

I know, I noticed that too. Kind of seems like they have nothing better to do with their time then be nasty to women who are just trying to get some guidence. I remember this kind of drama from my month baby board on Baby Center when I was pregnant with my daughter, it was so terrible that a few of the woman outside of the drama got together and made a private FB group for the women who wanted to get away from the nastiness, I'm still an active member of the group more then a year later because we're all pretty close and look to each other for advice but when you've been married for almost 3 years like I saw one of the woman and you're just attacking anyone who asks a simple question it's pretty obvious that you're not there for advice!

Please DONT. I thought I could, I did and the rest is history.  I really could not believe that people are that effing mean.  It was a real wakeup call.  The internet is not always a safe place.

Hang out here.  We act our age, play nice and are here to offer support rather than heckle and ridicule :)

OMG I keep reading these posts about other boards and SOOOO thankful that I never ventured away for this board.  I love all the people here...everyone is so nice and helpful.

That's how it was on Baby-Gaga (that's what I used as I never really liked The Bump forums) but luckily they have parentank only threads where only people you friend can see your posts and I had a group of friends and we'd just talk in there haha.</div><div>

I think it's great when people are already married and still active it's great to get advice from people that have gone through all this but these women seem to just relish in tearing other women down!

Omigosh those pregnant ladies can get mean!! It's amazing how some people can just tear each other apart at what's supposed to be the happiest most exciting times in our lives!

I think a lot of the ladies on those boards have too much free time on their hands and are obviously unfulfilled in some way so they have to take it out on others.  I always imagine their marriages must be pretty unhappy if they spend all their free time on TK cutting down newbies.

I haven't had a bad experience, personally, on another board but I rarely post elsewhere. That's why I figure I'll just share everything here (like that save the date deal I shared) where it will be more appreciated and people can take it or leave it with no issues...
