Update: I'm now a CP bride!! | Best way to contact CP?

I've been trying to contact the wedding department at CP for days with no luck.  I've tried e-mailing, the toll-free 1-877-279-3334 number, and the 1-800-634-4000 (Ext. 7422) number at the back of the brochure.  I was in contact with Flamingo previously and received responses to my e-mails within a few hours.  Am I doing something wrong?  I understand it's wedding season, but you'd think they'd be pretty eager to take new business as well.  Help!

i did all my communication via email - although i originally signed up for the chapel in person.

what email address do you have?

I too also started my communication via email.  I found that when I called it was very rare that someone would answer the phone.  When we went into the office to see our photos after our wedding, they were super busy and the phone just kept ringing. 

How long ago did you send the email?  They would take a couple days to reply.

Have you called the hotel directly and asked the operator to transfer you?  What time of day do you call, try in the morning or just before lunch, that's when I was able to get someone to pick up, but I would call the hotel directly.

Her name is JoAnn and she is Wedding Services Sales Coordinator. She is the person I dealt with before I was passed on to my WC. She was so nice and always quick to respond.

Thank you all for your advice!  I've called first thing in the morning, as well as shortly after lunch.  I'll have to try before lunch as well.  I requested information a week ago, and e-mailed a few specific questions four days ago, but have yet to hear back from either.

I attempted to e-mail JoAnn, but it came back with a delivery failure.  Not sure what that's about.

I'm trying to be patient, but it's difficult as I'm really excited to book my venue.  It's also a little frustrating given the prompt responses I've received from other vendors.

There's also another sales coordinator named Valerie. She had been wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions. Let me know if you still need a contact and I'll be more than happy to give it to you. :-)

Thank you all for your help!  I called around lunch time and was finally able to reach Valerie at 702-731-7110.  My commitment ceremony is booked for March 14, 2012 at 1:30pm!!!
