Save the Dates v. Invites

I was just wondering how everyone is addressing their save the dates.  I know that they're less formal than the invites.  Would you still address them the same, such as Mr. and Mrs. Peter Brady, or could you just address it by their first names and last.  I read somewhere it should be like the invites, but again, I want to keep them fun and informal.  Or does it not matter and am I just putting too much thought into this, haha.

Thanks!

We addressed them the same since we had to figure out all that info for the invites anyway.  We did do vegas-themed return address labels and vegas stamps though.

we used first names for save the dates if we knew the  person/couple well or they were younger.  For those that we did not know as well or were older (mostly our parents friends) we used the mr & mrs.  But for an STD I don't think anyone would be offended either way since they are usually pretty informal.

We just did first & last names for the STD's, we'll address the invitations formally.

We did first and last names for the STDs and used the formal names for the invites.

We did first and last names without any titles for the STDs.

From an addressing perspective or wording on the invite?

I don't have any sites but I'll tell you a few things we learned along the way:

    1) We hired a calligrapher to address our invite envelopes, and he just happens to also work for the USPS.  He said never write out the street number or numerical street names, it's just asking for them to lose the invite; i.e. 78 5th Street should never be put as Seventy Eight - Fifth Street.

    2) On addresses where it was like that with a number followed by a number, he put a noticeable hyphen between the two:

    78 - 5th Street

    3) On invites, what we were told, and went with, is marriage in a church is traditionally requests the honour of your presence, while non-church is requests the pleasure of your company.

    4) Don't put AM/PM after the time

    5) Don't put and in the year; ie it is not Two Thousand and Eleven.

Addressed them just like our invites (we were lazy and used word to print labels in a cursive type font, don't judge me!).  We made sure to add the "and guest" to the labels so singles knew very early that they could bring a plus one with them to Vegas.
