What is your Maggianos Menu?

I need to finalize my menu soon and I was wondering what other Maggianos brides ended up going with?

So far we're leaning towards:

First Course
Stuffed Mushrooms
Mozzarella Marinara
Caesar Salad
Maggiano's Salad

Second Course
Linguine & Clams
Baked Ziti & Sausage
Chicken Parmesan
Roast Beef Tenderloin
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Broccoli, Lemon & Garlic

Third Course
New York Style Cheesecake
Profiteroles

I still think it is strange to serve dessert when you also have wedding cake :)

    Here is mine!

We are taking away one dessert and adding an extra appetizer, bc like you said, we didn't see the point in having dessert when we will be having cake...so here it is:

    First Course:

Barb’s Spinach & Artichoke al Forno

    Calamari Fritté

    Four-Cheese Ravioli Fritté

(I know there are 2 fried things, but these are FI and my favorite appetizers to order when we go out)

    Salads

    Maggiano’s Salad

    Caesar Salad

    Second Course

    Pastas

Chicken & Truffle Tortellacci, Smoked Ham

    Gnocchi, Tomato Vodka Sauce

    Entrees

    Chicken Parmesan

Oven Roasted Pork Loin, Balsamic Cream Sauce

    Third Course

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (to go with wedding cake)

Whoa my fonts got all messed up haha

Speaking of Maggiano's does anyone happen to know what vendor services can be applied to meet your room minimum off hand?  If not I will call on Monday.

    Meow-Meow,

This was what they sent me in Aug 2009 so you may want to email them for an up-to-date list but it will give you an idea.

    Maggiano’s Las Vegas Vendor List
In order for the amount spent in services to go towards your room minimum,
All billing is to be through Maggiano’s.

hhh1205,  Thanks for the idea of eliminating a dessert to an extra appetizer.

I didn't know that about the dessert, what a great idea to add another appetizer.

    We're having:

Hor D'oeurves - bruschetta, mini double baked potatoes and grilled shrimp and asparagus crepes

Appetizers - stuffed mushrooms and mozzarella marinara

    Salads - caesar and spinach

Pastas - spaghetti & meatballs and four cheese ravioli

Entrees - herb roast chicken & salmon, lemon & herb

Sides - crispy red potatoes and broccoli lemon & garlic

Dessert - sweet table & wedding cake (red velevet & cream cheese and chocolate & raspberry mousse)

Yummmmy - now that's made me hungry! It was so hard not to choose too many dishes with cheese, at one point, every one of our choices had cheese with it!
