I'm starting to book stuff. But I need to make sure I'm leaving enough time for everything before I book certain times for ceremony, DDB, dinner etc. Does this look ok? Am I leaving time? Giving myself too much time? We're only doing a 2 hour strip tour before the ceremony which must end by 1pm and I'm hoping to get to the DDB around sunset (which looks like its 7:10ish on my date this year so it'll prob be similar nxt year right?). For those that have booked ceremony (I'm 2 seconds away from booking IP) did they tell you to arrive early? If so how early? I assumed 30 min? Anyway, here's my very frist attempt at our timeline.
8am hair and make arrives/begins for bride.
9:30am groom begins getting ready
10:30AM ready/caffeine fix quick bite.
11am Limo Arrives/first look/start of our strip tour and photos
1pm strip tour ends. Bride and Groom grab quick bite
2:00 bride and groom meet bridal party and head to chapel
2:30 arrive at chapel
3pm Ceremony
3:30 Ceremony ends/quick snap shots4pm Transportation to dinner (if far away) picks up
4:30 dinner begins
6:30 dinner ends/DDB tour picks up
8:30 ddb tour ends drops guest off at chapel location and ‘homebase’ hotel
10:30 meet up for afterparty
