Mandalay Bay In-Suite Reception Question

I have been scouring this board trying to find the answer to this question.  For those of you who were married at The Chapel and had an in suite reception, how did you inform guests of the room number?  I was thinking about doing programs and having them printed at Kinkos the day before with the room number. We have our suite both the night before and the day of the wedding.  Now it just seems like more work than I am willing to do at the last minute.  Any ideas/ suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Hi!  I had these made from Vistaprint at the last second because I had the same concerns.  I think I got the idea from someone on here:)  I just hand wrote our room number and asked a friend to hand them out after our ceremony.  Turns out we didn't really need them but I felt better having them.

I'm doing the same kind of idea but I'm just going to print it in the back of our ceremony programs and I'll hand write the room number on them once we get it.

We are having our welcome reception/gathering in the suite, so most people will already know where it is.  We will print it on the program or hand out cards, but I think word of mouth will actually be enough!

Yep - I ordered them from Vistaprint.  They were super cheap and delivered really fast.

Anyone that's had an "En Suite" - Where in the suite did you have the actual ceremony? where did the bridge enter for the ceremony? what was your final head count? was seating an issue?  what did you do for music?

    Thanks Ladies!

We did our ceremony in the Vista suite.  We rearranged all the furniture in the room and held the ceremony in the living room area, and processed in from the bedroom.  People sat around the edges of the room; I figured they'd move in closer once we'd gotten to the front, but they stayed where they were.  We played the music off my laptop, but there's also a connection for an iPod to the room's speakers.  We ended up with about 45 total.  You can see pictures in my bio.

It's the married bio.  Here's the direct link: http://aerinmarried.weebly.com/ceremony.html I don't know of anyone else still posting who did the ceremony insuite (which made the planning really difficult...)

I like the card idea.  I was hoping to spread it word of mouth, but also stated in my insert that I would leave the room number on my voicemail in case we missed anyone, they can call and hear it in the message.  Which if I do cards, I think I would still leave the message.

We are getting married on the gondola at the Venetian, and the ceremony is a total of 15 minutes and I can see some slow poke or slacker missing it!

We are than having dessert and drinks back in our suite at the Luxor.
