What to do...

Ok so I am questioning what to do about food. So we plan on having an evening sunset ceremony. Then I was thinking of having ddb pick us up and do a strip tour and then drop us off at reception. Do I have snacks n stuff on the bus because it will be getting late when we get back to reception? And then just have finger foods for reception....not sure what to do..?

Where's your wedding and reception going to be?  And what times of day for ceremony, DDB duration, and reception?

Nothing is set in stone yet..but I'm thinking Chapel of Flowers for ceremony...have ddb for 2 hrs..and the reception at Orleans

When is your wedding? I am getting married at the end of March so sunset is around 7 pm. I am planning on doing heavy appertizers since we will not be back at the reception until 9 pm (wedding is at valley of fire).

By Orleans do you mean Stardust suite or something else?  If stardust, the required F&B minimum should more than cover heavy apps + booze.
