No tasting

Apparently Masterpiece Cuisine can only do tastings Monday-Wednesday.  The problem is that those are the three days FI and I both work.  (I'm off weekends, he's off Thursday and Friday).  Should we try to work something out, or just skip the tasting?  I'd really like to do one, but all of our vacation time is being used for the wedding itself.
This is a neglected planning bio.
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

Aww...that stinks! I would really like to taste and make any changes if needed, so with that said I would want to make the trip. I am assuming that you talked to Scott about this? was he not flexible on this? to be honest that would bother me. Just my opinion.

I would think if they really wanted you as a customer they'd try to accomadate you in some way. How early will you be in Vegas before your wedding? Could you do one then?

I would definately try to work out an appointment that will fit into your schedule.  Knowing how your reception food will taste is pretty important.

Hopefully, they can work out a time for you!

I haven't responded to the e-mail yet.  Hopefully we can at least do something Thursday or Friday, I'm okay if FI's the only one who can go since the menu is his department.

I can tell you from our insuite reception that the food is awesome! Everyone raved about the food we had...I still think about the sliders we had and whether or not we can replicate them.
