Happy Hour?

Can anyone suggest a great place to go for happy hour in vegas? Instead of doing a "rehearsal" dinner, I think we're just going to have everyone meet for an optional happy hour....We're staying at TI so any place near there would be great. Not Kahunaville...too cheesy! ;)

    There's a tequila bar in TI called Isla and they have wicked good tequila and chips salsa and nachos were free. There's also Rhumbar at the Mirage.
