I want a bus to pick up my guests from a central location on the strip and take them to the chapel (little church of the west)

How much time do you think I need? ceremony is at 3pm, and did anyone do a couple of pick ups and how did that turn out time wise?

We were origingally planning on providing transportation to chapel of the flowers when we were booked there, but since traffic on the strip can be crazy (even in the early afternoon) and getting in and out of hotel valets can take even longer, we decided to just have everyone meet at 1 hotel whether they were staying there or not.  That would be the easiest and most efficient way to transport everyone instead of making multiple trips.  We were planning on the bus leaving an hour prior to the ceremony.  Better to arrive there early than late.  If you are making multiple stops along the strip, I would think you would need to limo for at least 2 hours prior, but if at all possible try and have everyone meet at 1 or 2 locations max.

We are doing 3 picks ups in just over an hour, starting from the Tropicana and ending up at the Chapel of Flowers (by the Stratosphere)

4:20 - Tropicana
4:45 - Mandarin Oriental
5:15 - Wynn
5:35 - Arrive at Chapel of Flowers
