Nevada-Las Vegas

Chapel of the Flowers

We live in San Diego and are considering getting married at Little Chapel of the Flowers in Las Vegas. Anyone have any experience with the place? We're trying as hard as possible to make an educated choice but it's kind of hard because we've never actually been there. Any input would be greatly appreciated!! :)

I am getting married there next moth. We did a scouting trip to Vegas but didn't see COF as we had our hearts set on a different venue. So I am going into this a little blind too.

I have watched loads of the ceremonies on their website and read all the good reviews on Tripadvisor. My co-ordinator is Heidi and she has been brilliant - quick responses and they seem very flexible with things like florals, personalised music, etc.

Just make sure you thoroughly understand what the limitations are on the photos included with your package. You will need to upgrade if you want to be able to buy photos from the photoshoot on the grounds afterwards, AND include your family and friends in them.

I am not a fan of the location- North of the strip.  Its right next to a motel and an adult video store and the area's a little seedy IMO.  I know other brides are OK with this but we have a 'larger' small wedding (60 guests) and I did not feel comfortable taking the younger and older guests by those establishments.  I realize it's vegas and they'll see adult ads and what not on the strip too, but I felt better staying on the strip for our ceremony.

I actually scouted it out prior to my wedding and I thought it was really cute. Its just north of the Sahara. Not the best area but the place is cute. We did not get married there though, only because we had more guests wanting to come and the largest chapel was only available at 6pm on New Years Eve. They close the strip down starting at 5pm and we did not want our wedding group to be stuck on the strip until after midnight. The person I was working with was Archel and she was very sweet and helpful. I referred a friend of mine there and they will be married in April at COF.
