We have been wanting to do an In-Suite this whole time planning, but now I'm worried about suite size, not enough sitting room etc., so while I do the scouting trip next week I thought maybe I could check out other spaces too.  I'm already meeting with Maggiano's but is there another one that would be comparable to doing an in-suite that you'd recommend?

Firefly is super affordable. You can get a three course tapas banquest and open bar for $60 pp or just the tapas banquet for $35 pp. And the food and atmosphere is so great!

What about the Grand Luxe Cafe ast the Palazzo? starts around $40 pp

@jfinnemore - I just checked out their menu, it looks great, do you have any ideas how much an open bar would run for the night?  I'll contact them directly but thought maybe you'd have an idea...Thanks!

100% recommend Little Buddha at the Palms. Absolutely gorgeous setting, really nice vibe with their world music and we have received great service from them so far - really quick to reply to emails and they are totally flexible. They have set/customisable menus (served family style) or you can choose from a range of price points for a buffet. Their bar packages are also reasonable ($45 for 2 hours of top shelf liquors) and they are letting us bring our own cake, centrepieces and will even let us have our favours delivered to them the week before.
