Caribbean Themed Wedding and Reception Venues

Looking for a place that will alow me to have a carribean thme with a steel drum band during the reception. Any suggestions?

Bahama Breeze is already Caribbean themed! It's off the strip a bit, but the prices are very affordable.

What about Margaritaville? Or maybe one of the hotels would allow you to have something outside beside the pool?

I would think a lot of non-hotel venues would let you do this as well, such as golf courses.
