I am getting married in 8 days and I am SOOOO overwhelmed.

My TO-DO list:
Order wedding cake and cake pops
Make seating chart
Print escort cards
Make table numbers
Finish brooch bouquet (it's almost done)
Buy wedding shoes (I ordered some online and they are too small)
Pick up FI's tuxedo pants (they are being hemmed)
Make seating chart for bridal brunch
Finish Itinerary
Finalize music list
Pick ceremony readings
PACK!

So, is this normal, or am I a total procrastinator?

I would get on the cake and cake pops ASAP. Those are a little harder to do last minute. 

Use the seating chart app on The Knot. Seriously made it so easy for me. Did seating assignments in a day. Then I just typed it all out and printed them on some linen business cards (from Staples)

How many people are going to be at the bridal brunch? If it's less than 20 I might skip doing a seating chart. Maybe just a reserved sign for a few people (mom, bridal party)

Don't worry, I always wait to the last minute, and everything managed to work out fine. Get the important parts done, everything else if just "fluff"

Ok, and I did the seating assignments and table numbers but I forgot to do a chart. Everyone still managed to find their table. So, things will end up working out.

Just remember you have so much done!! I agree I would get the cake done ASAP.  Do you have a MOH or family that can help you with a task or two? That might help with your stress, but really this list is very short and you are so close!  So excited for you.

I don't even want a cake, i just feel like we have to have one bc it's a wedding. I hate cake. Stupid cake.

We're having a mini-honeymoon at Caesars Palace for 2 nights after all of our guests leave. Our "real" HM is in June... so I don't have to pack for that.

I still need to wrap the stem of my bouquet. I'll do that right now and then post some pics.

I'm with you on that one.  I could not bring myself to do a lot of the things expected just because it's a wedding.

But I love me some dessert, so we ordered from Pick Your Poison instead of getting the traditional cake. 

Cupcakes + Alcohol = EVERYBODY WINS

+1 for not liking cake.  Since our meal comes with dessert, we're just doing cake pops as a favor.  Then people can feel like they're getting cake.  But I'm sure your guests will be glad you had one :)
