Maggiano brides...timeline?

I noticed we only get the rooms for four hours. What is your timeline...when are you planning on having guests arrive or arriving yourselves, sitting down for dinner, cutting the cake, and getting started with the dancing? I asked Marc if we could do an extra hour, like from 7-midnight, maybe I am over thinking it though!

we have the abruzzi room from 9-1am. im getting married at the wynn, across the street from the fashion show mall, so im planning on starting and entering the reception room right at 9pm. we are serving dinner at 9:15pm and intend on having our first dance first. they said dinner will take about an hour to an hour and a half. we are only having 20 guests and will be somewhat semi-formal. whenever everyone is done eating, we will cut the cake and start dancing, i don't have a set time to do those things. as for speeches, my family isn't one for them, i know my dad will thank everyone for coming, but other than that, no one intends to speak for too long!
    hope this helps!
