Constanza from the company worked out a plan for me to include chair ties, florals, table runners and limos.  We ended up not having her do the limos becuase she backed out on that piece of her quote. She was nice about it and honest and let me know that she just felt it was not going to be the price that she quoted me originally and didn't like the vendor she was previuosly using I preferred that over just booking me with a company and it not being good quality.  I found our own and that worked out fine.  The florals were great everything was on time and the decor was perfect.  She did a great job with that. A little annoying as I paid in full several months before the wedding and then added 1 week before but she then waited until the night befoer the wedding at 9pm to email me the bill and then called me the day of the weding 1 hour befoer to get her $55.00! like really!  She then visited my FI when I politely as possible told her that it's an hour before my wedding and I couldn't talk to her abut friggin $55.00!!  He had cahs in his pocket and gave it to her....that cost her her TIP! I was planning on sending her money for a tip but after that BS I decided not to.  Too bad for her, LOL
I was very happy with everything though so I don't want to complain, just wanted to say what happened.

Thanks for the post.  I'm curious where you got married?  And does that company do everything for you (or attempt to at least) rather than having to get all your own vendors?

Yes they do!  I got married 6/18/2011 She is an event planing company so she does floral, decor, lighting, photography, videography, cakes...I'm sure more but I didn't work with her for anything else.  I was referred to her by the reception site (TREVI).  They decorated the church, took everything down and then headed to the reception site and used some of the church materials there. I Know right!! I was pissed, literally I was walking on an escalator with my dress on and we were heading to the limo at the Bellagio to take us to the church, I was pissed.  I was kind of attitudy to her but still nice as I could be and I'm sure she knew it.  I think I even just said what I had to say and then said goodbye and hung up, I was so irritated. I forgot abuot it by the time I got to the Church though, LOL
