Past Media Suite Brides...LOGISTICS....

I am planning on using the Media Suite for an insuite ceremony and after party.  It sounds like a great option for an intimate affair.  I do have some questions though that only past MS brides would know..

First off.....Bar ware, ice, and trash. I am curious to know what some options are for handling these logistical stuff.

Did you rent stemware or purchase disposable?  Are there trash cans in the suite, are their enough?  What does it look like behind the bar?  Where did you keep ice? 
And pretty much, any other logistical help you could offer would be great and very much appretiated...Thanks, Jaime

I used the Vista. I bought disposable glasses, and NOPE the trash cans are not very big or anything so bring some  trash bags that you can use the next morning to clean up (I just got everything in bags and in one area for house keeping). Behind the bar is just the counter and a min fridge which has the stuff you don't mess with so you will most likely want to ask for MB to send up a second one (I did not do this but past MB brides did).
