Has anyone purchase additional photography package? How did the pics turn out?

Re: Wynn wedding-photography

  • Through the Wynn? Not sure. Some of the photos from the Wynn that I've seen are nice BUT their photo packages are expensive when it comes to buying prints and the disc of your photos. I would hire an outside photographer imo.

I'm getting married at Caesars and they use Imagine Studios (I believe Wynn uses Cashman) but their packages are really expensive too so we're hiring Todd at Bently & Wilson to do formals, getting ready shots, strip photos, & part of the reception for us. We chose the 8 hour package which is $898 and it includes all the images on a disk and up to 180 prints (depends on the package and how many photos you get throught the day I believe). http://wilson702.com/index2.php#/home/

There are tons of other options though too and I personally recommend and outside photographer over extra time with Cashman or Imagine. Just my personal opinion though. Though some brides here have been happy with theirs, it's just more expensive.

Vegasgroom put together of list of photographers knotties have use with links to reviews too. http://www.vegasgroom.com/9/
  • I did, I got the three hour photography upgrade package from Cashman. I thought the pics came out amazing. We had joe as our photographer.  We chose only one photographer instead of two as our wedding was 60 people.

Hi there, I got married at the Wynn last year and purchased extra photo/video coverage. Both the video and the pictures turned out AMAZING! We had two photographers, both fantastic, although the lead one we were so lucky to have (Joe Durkin) has recently left Cashman and become independent, while Emily is still there and took over as the lead. MH and I just went back for our anniversary and had a fun celebratory photo shoot in our wedding attire with her. If you send me a PM I can share a few images and a little more details.

  • I bought one extra hour after the ceremony ($225 ) to take some pictures around the resort.

I'll let you know in my reviews.  I seem to remember to get an outside photographer you had to pay $750, and I don't think Wynn will allow anyone else around their hotel, but if you are going offsite it should be no problem!

    Good luck!
