Weekend was AWESOME!! My family was in town to visit which was nice because I haven't seen them since June. Turns out they were also here for my surprise bridal shower thrown by my MOH. It was sooo sweet and beautiful and fun

Good morning!

My weekend was great - we went to Blowing Rock for the night to get a Christmas tree and it snoweddddddd!  I am definitely in the Christmas mood now!

Today and tomorrow are the last two days of class - if I can make it through them then I'll be happy!

Good morning! It definitely was cold. I'm glad to hear your dinner party went well.

FI and I celebrated being 6 months away from getting married this weekend! It was great, just some wine, relaxing and a movie...no wedding/school/work talk. This is something we haven't done in a while since everything has been so hectic lately.

Exams start Wednesday though so this is going to be a LONG week.

We had a great weekend also - lots of Christmas related things. I went shopping all day Friday with Dad, then shopping all day Saturday with Mom. Sunday was a marathon day of church with us lighting the advent candle, a Christmas parade my Dad was in, and then back to church for the Moravian Love Feast! Not much going on today - probably cleaning out my childhood closet since my Mom has been after me about that. She's anxious to turn my old room into a nice guest room I think.

Sounds like everyone had a great weekend.  I am so jealous of anyone that got to see the snow

FI and I went to the Angus Barn Saturday night and they upgraded us to the Captain's Table in the wine cellar for free!!  It was sooooooooo yummy!  We ate enough to feed a small country!

I also finished printing my wedding invites, now I just have to assemble them and address the envelopes!  That will be my final check, other than writing actual checks!

Wow, everyone did have a fantastic weekend!! wahoo!

I got a check done! I chose the bridesmaid dresses and put the order in! Two of my BM's were with me and they got their measurements done too!! I ordered the WTOO dress style 628 in color Brook.

Morning to all!  Glad everyone had a wonderful weekend fillled with seasonally joyful things and great checks!

Mine went pretty well - finished 19 sets of coasters for my MIL to give to her employees - whew - that was a job.

We put up and decorated the tree too, so we were in the holiday spirit.  Hope Monday goes quickly!

the tree is finally up.....hopefully we will get to decorate it sometime before christmas, lol

i am still not adjusting to the new house that well and the lack of rest and sleep is really catching up with me.

we had alot of running around to do this weekend and worked on centerpieces saturday.....posting pics in another post for opinions. i hope this week goes by fast.

Glad everyone had great weekends! We had a soiree for the SEC Championship which was awesome- except for the horrible loss for the Gators. I was so glad I had people over, otherwise I think our TV might have been a victim of FI's football-related moodswings...

Ahh well, another Friday will be here soon hopefully!
