candy buffet

I promise I'll make this my last question!  I wasn't going to do a candy buffet b/c I didn't want to spend so much money on containers and such.  But we were given a ton of glass vases and different containers so I'm going to make a cookie table/candy buffet all in one.  So where do I get the candy?TIA!This 3 1/2 month mark is freaking me out!  lol

I remember when I was looking some ladies recommended candywarehouse.com. I'm not sure about their prices or shipping- never bought from them. Also, Oriental Trading sells some candy (mostly generic, I think) so you could try them.

I did so much research on candy prices and online stores for my candy buffet. I can send you my long list of links tonight if you are interested! A great one I can think of off the top of my head is metrocandy.com. I ended up ordering from 3 different online shops, but unfortunately all my info as at home and I can't remember the exact websites! I ordered about 12 different kinds of candy.

I purchased mine at Sams... the tricky part is seeing it everyday in my dining room and not tearing into it!

I know many PP's have posted about buying candy online, and this is probably best if you want to color coat your candy to your wedding colors, but a suggestion if you are just going to buy regular candy: JR's Beer Warehouse in Rochester (15074) they sell bulk candy. A lot of schools go there for there concession stands at sports games ect. We go there Easter shopping for the family. They have really good prices from what I have seen. So I thought this may help you.
