Hello! I am working on my invitations and I need to include a card with the hotel information and I also want to include that there will be transportation to and from the wedding. Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to word it? I am stuck! As soon as I finish that I can order my invites! Thanks!

A block of rooms has been set up for wedding guests at Hotel X. Please mention the Smith/Jones wedding when calling to make your reservation.

Hotel Phone Number

Transportation will be provided to and from the reception for guests staying at Hotel X.

That can go on your Accomodations card. On the bottom just add "Shuttle/bus (whatever you will have) provided to and from wedding"
