Excuse Help?

Since it's slow, figured I'd throw this out there. My interview's Tuesday at 3:00 - so I'll probably want to be out of my office no later than 2:15.  Maybe even 2:00 - to make sure I can find where I'm going, park, etc.Typically I'd use the doctor's excuse to get out of work at that time, but I have an actual doctor's appointment on Friday morning.  I'd rather not use it twice in one week.Any other ideas?

One time I used the doctor as an excuse for an interview and got called back for a 2nd interview in the same week, so I told them that the office lost my blood work and I had to go back to redo my blood draw.  :)

Car problem?  I've covered the 2 appointments in 1 week by saying I needed a follow up appointment with a specialist and could only get in that day, etc.  Usually people don't pry then.  :PAre you able to make up the time later in the week or are they really flexible?  For something like a home repair or a car issue, my office is flexible about hours, but I need to make up the time.  For a doctor's appointment I don't unless I'm missing the whole day.

I could make up the time if I really wanted to, but I'm really not worried about doing that.  I don't have any major deadlines or anything - taking this time won't prohibit work from getting done on time.  I always have car problems... for real - so the problem with that is that Boss wants to talk about them, and know what the problems are, etc.  So if it's not real - then I'd have no idea what I was talking about. :p

What about a DH doc appointment?  One where he needs someone to drive him because the doc's going to give him meds or something that he won't be able to drive?
