Sorry, I'm a little late posting this. I may be this week in general, things at work are UBER busy!
Last night I went straight to bed after work and slept right through to sleep in this morning so didn't work out. I may only have a visit from Aunt Flo 4 times/year but when she does come its usually with a vengeance so there was no way I was working out last night! Going to try to do something a little lighter after work today just to do something, maybe a walk/jog at the gym instead of a run?
