Alright, so I totally slacked on the workout last night! I had my cancer support group (which I LOVE and am not sure what I'd do without those ladies!) but then I went home and went to bed early for the first time in AGES, which was SO nice... lol
BUT that means I slacked on the working out... SO I NEED TO do something tonight! I have a business meeting until late so I think I'm going to force myself to stay up and do a workout after, I used to do my night workouts anyway because I have a hard time sleeping and they would tire me out enough to sleep lol
This means, feel free to hold me accountable tomorrow
