http://www.russellandhazel.com/content/wedding-templates Hahaha, actually so far I haven't filled out a lot of it, but the guest list tracker has been my LIFELINE!!!! It makes everything so organized and easy that it will help keep you from stressing out trying to figure it out down the road.
I took the tracker, printed enough sheets for everyone, hole punched and put in a binder. You could do page protectors too, but that seemed like an unnecessary cost to me. I then wrote all the names in, nothing more at first. As I have been able to get addresses from people (I want them for Save the Dates) I just keep adding them in, makes it REALLY easy to see what you need, what you have.... LOVE IT
