Programs, placecards, and thank-you cards

How much did you spend on ceremony programs, placecards, and thank-you cards?  We bought our invitations online from India and want to find someone local to do our programs, placecards, and thank-you cards so that we don't have to pay for shipping.  I'm trying to see if the quotes I'm getting for each of these items are reasonable or too much.

I spent quite a lot of money on stationery -- had it done custom from a really wonderful company called Arabella Papers.

My invitations were $46 each, programs will come out to about $17 each, my placecards are only $1.25 each I believe, and my thank you cards are probably going to be around $7-8 each. 

Just to give you an idea on the range these things can cost! Judging by previous posts, I'm at the expensive end of things.
