Laser Printer Curling paper

Printing some mock up invites & inserts for my pocketfold and the Laser printe is curling the paper!

I am testing on 60# parchment paper.  Would moving up to 80# paper help with the curling?

  • Nope, in my experience, the heavier the paper, the worse the curl.  Either lighter weight paper, or take your paper and file to OfficeMax.

  • I had this issue.  After printing, I put the cards between a couple of heavy books and left them for a day or two.  They went back to flat.
  • I had this issue with 110# paper.  I just put them under heavy books and then worked themsevles out.
  • My problem is when the paper curls, it isn't able to print as crisply right at the edge.  I think I'm going to OfficeMax.  We'll see, though.

  • Thanks guys!  They are printing fine, no smudges or problems, except the curl.  I'm guessing I'll have a stack of invites and inserts under some nursing books when I print them for the final time.
