Hello brides!
I just wanted to share with you my experience with this etsy seller. She was very quick to respond when making my proofs, but once I paid she did not contact me until my invites were late and I emailed her.
Her responses took days at a time even when she'd say she'd get back to me the next day. She FINALLY mailed my invites three days after they were supposed to arrive (ordered 3/30 and arrived today).When I went to leave her feedback she deleted my transaction making it impossible for me to leave her negative feedback. It's very sneaky of her and I'm sure she's done it before. So please don't be fooled by her 100% positive feedback.
I've posted this on a couple of sites, so I apologize if you keep seeing it repeated, but I don't want other brides to experience the added stress from her terrible customer service. Wedding planning is stressful enough as it is, we just don’t need that!
