Table number/name cards - DIY need help

Hello! I really want to design my own table number/name cards that incorporate a picture of us in different places we've visited. So there would be a Grand Canyon table, a New Zealand table, etc. I'm thinking of using those holders that are like big metal prongs, just to make them easily visible above centerpieces, etc.

I'm sure some of you have made photo table numbers. Were you able to use an Avery product to print them/for a template? Did you have to have a professional printer print them? Any advice would be appreciated.

While the difficulty for finding a table may be true for a big wedding, I disagree that you have to use numbers.  I actually specifically do not want to use numbers because people often know that the number correlates with their importance to the B&G.  Like family and good friends tend to be lower numbers and work friends the higher numbers (on the bottom of the list).  So we'll be using just names.  I don't want the people at the last table number to feel less special.
