Re: Save-the-Date magnets has anyone used vistaprint.com

  • I have used the magnets for marketing purposes for my business, they are good-ish quality, my cousin sent them out for her wedding and to be fair I lost it within a day and I know my parents threw it away, I personally wouldn't go to the extra expense, a postcard with the date on (100 postcards are usually free on vistaprint) should be fine.
  • Vistaprint is a favorite around here. A word of advice, though - sign up for their email offers before you order anything. They will soon be bombarding you with serious sales - alot of stuff (including those magnets) are often FREE - you only pay for the S&H. Save yourself the money and wait for the emails with the sale offers before ordering from Vistaprint. The quality is good and alot of Knotties like them.  I have used them for customized pens, address labels, I made my Photoshare cards using their 250 free business cards offer, I've made personalized thank you notecards on there that I will use after our wedding...

Before I knew about Vistaprint, I had found MagnetStreet and I used them for my magnet STDs. But I spent much more than I would have had I known abotu the sales on Vistaprint...

  • We use Vista Print for work and I am doing my magnets through them. I am also considering doing my invites through them as well. If you go through Good Shop and select a charity to "Good Shop" through, you get a HUGE discount. Basically, Vista Print will donate money to the charity of your choice and give you a discount. Good luck!

I used the small VP magnets for my STDs and they turned out fine.  But I only paid like $17 for 100--you can definitely get a discount, especially on your first order and they have specials all the time.  They weren't what I would call excellent quality but for $17 they did the job just fine.  If I had it to do over, I probably would have done the postcards.

You can also do the business cards or postcards for free and attach them to a magnet yourself.
  • I used vistaprint for my wedding std magnets and they came out really nice and they were a decent price, i would def recommend them
  • I got the discount emails for work and used that for my STD business card size magnets. They are perfect! I wouldn't have done them if they weren't affordable, and they turned out great! My friends and family hadn't really seen STDs before, so they thought it was really cool.
