I read somewhere on here that if you are addressing to a Dr that it does not count for someone with a PhD.
I know someone who has a PhD and my FMIL keeps reminding me that I need to include Dr in there.
Would it be:
Dr & Mrs. John Smith? even though he is not a "real" doctor (non-physican)
Also, I have a female friend who is acutally a physician and is married. Do I address it:
Mr & Dr John Smith?
Help!
